In the interest of keeping our rescue resource lists current and ensuring that we can readily respond to requests for support from the LRC national rescue fund, we ask that you complete the following short questionnaire. Please return your form by US Mail to your LRC Rescue Task Force representative. Please contact the Rescue Coordinator to find out who the representative for your area is.  Once your information has been reviewed, your organization's information will be added to our online rescue directory.
